Questions on pronunciation! "k","p", "rz"

Hi,I'm a beginner having been studying Polish for only 1 week.
Here are my questions on Polish Pronunciation:
1. Are "k","p" and "t" pronounced as those in German(aspirated) or in French(unaspirated)? For eg. in "tak","pani","jestem". I've listened to the songs and some teaching materials and I am confused because some people pronouce these letters with aspiration while some do not.
2. When is "rz" pronouce separately? It's written in the text book that the pronunciation of "rz" is like "j" in French. But when I saw the film "katyn", I heard the name "Jerzy" was pronounced as /jerzi/ and "rz" was pronouced separately. So is there some regularity?
3.How to pronouce "budzić" ? I think "dz" should be softened. But when I listen to the song "budzić ¦wiat" of Dna i Gal, I find they pronouce "dz" as /dz/ without softening it. So is it accent?
Dziękuję!

Unaspirated.

sjf:
When is "rz" pronouce separately?

Only in the name Tarzan.

sjf:

As far as I know, the dzi softening rule has no exceptions.

Perhaps I am wrong. Or you might be right. Or they might be... I don't know!

Thanks Osiol!
But when k,p,t are in the final position, for eg. "k" in "tak", is "k" still pronounced unaspirated?

There is more. Some examples:

marzn±ć - to freeze
zmarzlina - frozen (matter)
obmierzły - repulsive
mirza - an old title used of Old Persian princes and nobility
superzespół - supergroup
erzjański - one of the languages used in Mordva (Russia)
przemarzać - to freeze through
mierzić - to irritate, to repulse, to cause negative feelings

In all these "rz" is pronounced as two sounds.

To be precise, in 'przemarzać' the first 'rz' is pronounced as 'ż', the second consists of two separate sounds. 'Superzespół' is a compound word, first word ending with 'r' and the second starting with 'z', so it's not really a good example :)

P and K. Look at the word ptak. Non-natives really don't say this correctly. It has to be said quickly to give it its true sound

Zespół rockowy - how would one pronounce "rockowy" in Poland?

Is pronounced as the English word "rock" followed by -owy such that spelled as a pure Polish, it might be "rakowy"?

Is pronounced like the Polish word "rok" such as "rokowy?"
Or, do they say "rotzkowy?"

Where's the accent, second to last?

Thanks.

F15guy:
"rokowy?"

that's it
F15guy:

correct

rock has normal declension (Genitive rocka, Dative rockowi etc.)
rock'n'roll = rokenrol (stress on "en") (Genitve rock’n’rolla, also other cases accrodingly to Polish declension)
rock and roll = rokendrol (stress on "end"), also normal declension (Genitive rock and rolla and so on)
there's also the adjective rockandrollowy [pronounced as rokendrolowy, stress un the second last, as usual]

Are you sure??? I'd never stress the middle syllable!!! RokENrol? Sounds stupid! :/ I'd stress the last one.

No, I'm not :(
I'd also stress the last one, but I thought the tendency to stress the penultimate syllable was so strong in the modern Polish (for example most people don't respect the third-to-last rule in Latin words ending in -yka/-ika) that it would be how it's pronounced, unfortunatelly I can't find any info to confirm or deny this assumption of mine.
