Raczkowski name - please help me with pronunciation!

Could someone please phonetically spell out for me both how to (correctly, the true Polish way) my family name, Raczkowski? And also "Szczescie jest pomiedzy ustami i brzegiem kielicha", which I was led to believe means "Happiness is between the lips and the rim of the glass"?

shche-ooshchyeh yest pomiend-zy oostami bzegee-em ( bz as in treasure) kee-eliha.
