I've banged on about this book a couple of times - bought it when it came out in pdf last year but it has now been released in hard copy.

Go to amazon.co.uk, search "Buying Property in Poland" and there you go. It answers almost everything in this forum and something I wish I had when I first starting buying.

Be interested in what others think......

The pdf was originally sold on Mamdom but I've just checked they've changed it.

I'm just wondering where all the negative feedback towards mamdom comes from? Seriously, I'd like to know. And no, I'm not related in any way to that company - question came up just out of curiousity, since its not the first thread I read around here concerning this matter.

Mamdom are really professional and the manager is very friendly, it is just that they charge exorbitant prices and people who would deny it are either employed by this company, or friends ,family or simply very very wealthy.
I have myself asked them some quotes for interior fit and honestly they were much more expensive than other companies in Krakow.
Please note that i am only speaking about their interior fit services.
