From your report it seems that prices have increased in Krakow.

Do you know what the transaction level was? If the level of transations were low the
data might may not be that reliable.

Thanks

I have read the report.

What I meant was do you have data on the number of properties sold? How does
this compare to the long term average? I suspect that the transaction level is low
as there are many unsold apartments close to where I live in Krakow
but I could be wrong.

Thanks

What's the problem M, annoyed that somebody is posting facts which oppose your lies? Perhaps instead of carrying on your one-man campaign to drive prices in Krakow down to a level you can afford, it would be better for you to get a real job instead of trying to become an internet billionaire?

It's a 'blip', typical of the time of year. Sensationalist bu11shit to coerce the last bit of cash out of peoples pockets.
Charlatan for sure, "this guy don't penetrate my bu11shit detector".
It's like asking a barber advice on whether you need a hair-cut or not.

Based upon your online Poll, over 60% of owners want to exit their real estate investment in PL over the next two years. What is your opinion?

And here we have problem, M: even when the last bit of money has come out of people's pockets, your pockets still aren't deep enough to buy a property where you want one. But maybe M, if you tried to get a real job instead of getting banned from Google for spamming and trying to charge $120 an hour for Skype 'consultancy', you might just be able to afford a loan on a small place instead of continuing this one man campaign to drive prices down to the level you & the wife can afford with only her working. Just a thought, M.

Harry Milky is not our resident troll Mark Biernat, that guy gave up a while ago, besides Milky is interested in Lublin not Krakow.

Well, it is a fact that Mark Biernat has grandparents from Lublin.

It's also a fact that Mark Biernat has posted this - http://claritaslux.com/blog/real-estate-poland/ - claiming that the real price of property is about 2000zl per sqm.

What an incredible coincidence!

And that same post talks about how it is possible to build a home in the Polish countryside for under 1000 pln a metre. Which poster loves to tell us about that price?

The good news is only the builders and Polish real estate agents lose. The Polish people will get reasonably price real estate again.

Quote from ttp://claritaslux.com/blog/real-estate-poland/

That is not true, because most buyers people are already, real estate owners with mortgages,if the prices went down to 1/3 of today. R/E owners would be in negative equity and unable to move, so the only Polish people that will benefit from Claritaslux-prediction, are those that are not on the housing ladder or those that are mortgage free.

There's always going to be similarities in post content for those that missed the boat or cant afford Polish property, Lublin grand parents is just a coincidence. If anything Mark Biernat was a bit smarter than Milky. Who knows maybe Mark finally bit the bullet and bought something.

Nope. He says on the post linked to above "When I get the cash I will most likely build a house in the countryside, cheap." The problem is that Mark will never get the cash: no bank is ever going to give him a mortgage!
