How do i know if my Polish Flat is let living in UK

Hi

I like many on this forum wished they would have stuck closer to home with any investments they ventured into but also like many it is too late & i know try & work out how i get myself out of this mess .

I have 2 Flats in Lodz that have recently been fitted out & Estate Agent says they cannot let them ( 2 bed going for 1900been on market for 3 months ) but how do i know they havnt got people in there paying the rent & just telling me they cant let them without flying over to Poland & checking. Any ideas welcome from distressed UK residant

Send me the agent's details and a description of the flats (size, price, location, number of rooms and condition). I'll call and ask about flats which fit the description of one flat, my girlfriend will do the same for the other one. If they fail to tell us about either, you know to call your agent and ask them what the fcuk is going on.
