I'd recommend the area between narbutta and raclawicka bordered by niepodleglosci and boboli. There are some really nice and quiet streets there. It's a stroll to the metro and to Pole Mokotowskie. I would say most of your neighbours would be young professionals or well to do elderly people. There may be the odd council type block but on the whole a nice area.
