How to find a reliable real estate administration office in Poland

Hi,

I'm Swiss citizen and own a small office property in central Warszaw (Jana Pawla II). This office space is let at the moment but I am looking for someone who could do the administrative things like

- collect the monthly rent
- settle tax subjects for me
- be a contact person for the lessee for all kinds of questions
- be the contact person to Dembud who runs the whole building (security, etc.)
- as well be the contact person for me (in English or German language)
- look for new lessee in case the lease agreement is being cancelled

at the moment a friends mother does it but she gets old and cannot do it any more for me.

I guess for this size of office (46 m2) I better look for some small agency, not for the big ones who can be found in Google.

with a first apply at pfzn.pl Polish Federation of Real Estate managers I was not successful - no answer at all to my mails.

thank you for any suggestion or links, where I could find such offer of service at reasonable price.

Jurg I am currently working in Switzerland at the moment. My Polish Wife and I currently own a couple of small studio apartments (In Warsaw) that we rent out and are in the process of opening a Property Management Company.
