Probably around an acre. Not 100% sure do not have the paper work on me, it is at a relatives. It is located by ski slopes in Bialka Tatrzanska ... Any idea how much land around there goes? I could find out asap the land is in my name my father gave me it.

1 acre = 4,000m2

Price depends on location and the status of the land/media/access. There are few ski areas Bialka, Nostal, Czarna Gora, Jurgow, Bukowina - the price depends on what someone is willing to pay. If you want to find the real price do an expertise, which will cost you around 1,000-2,000 PLZ. If your land is in a good location and your paperwork is in order I could be interested to buy if the price is fair. I will send you my email by PM and you can send me the details.

I just lost interest JPF, Polish real estate agents are not like Americans - they are gutter sh!te. Who is gonna pay the 10% they charge in commission?

Just for your information there are thousands of plots available in Malopolskie all are unsold. It strikes me as if you want to see how much you can get rather than selling. Good luck anyway.

I'm perplexed why you showed any interest to start with.

$50k for 4000m2? seems very hopeful

I am in Zakopane on Thursday I could have a looked and seen what it was all about. There is something interesting happening on the south side of Zako an agreement has been made to link up two ski areas one in PL the other in SVK.

I will be in the Tatra's as from tomorrow until Sunday viewing 3 plots of land. When I return I will give you the information you require for free.If you think about it clearly, there can only be one village south of Zakopane which can connect to Slovakia.

I sent you a PM but got no response, so thanks for nothing. Similar to warszawki, your belief in the use of a real estate agent is enough for me to say good luck and goodbye.

This guy has a lot to learn, hes trying to play the highest bidder game................already.

he asks if anybody wants to buy and then cancels a potential viewing, WTF.

ramoul, I have just returned from Zakopane the place was a ghost town very few people on the slopes or out and about. There are over 200 new build apartment's which are unable to find a buyer. There are many other developments partially finished, it is possible to pick up houses for remont, new builds and land at low prices. I have sent you a PM with the name of the place I mentioned.

I believe he is a Polish real estate agent trying to dig up leads:

He posted this thread on Feb 21, 2013, 02:39pm

I sent him a pm the same day.
The next day I sent him an email.
He replied to my email through his girlfriends account informing me the land had been given to him by his father and the ownership to the land was at his parents home, therefore he did not have the details with him, nor did he know the location of the land or the size.

On the Feb 26, 2013, 05:03pm, he posted he was going through a Realtor, we know from the correspondence he had a least four leads.

I guess if we had not backed off, we would have received an email from the realtor aka JPF in real life.

'out of the woodwork ' comes to mind. I read the live thread this morning - what is it with people and the need for multi identities on PF?

The fact that he needs to try coming on here, a forum for mostly foreign residents of PL and Pol-Ams is very telling. Realtors will sell their grannies to make an extra few bucks.

My other half has just bought a big dzialka in Podkarpackie for small change. In a prime tourism area too - land in PL is cheap and easily available.

Parts of Podkarpackie have stunning scenery as well.

So why are you posting telling people you have land for sale, when you don't even have your paperwork in order?

does anyone have any advice?

Don't do business when you are drunk.

We bought land from a farmer, he agreed a price and signed a contract while he was drunk. Best business deal of my life. :)
