Could anyone recommend a good property management company in Warsaw which would undertake to see that the rent is paid on time and all the conditions of the letting agreement are followed to the letter?
I have a tenant company which did not yet pay a penny for the letting. This happened because my agent found me a client one day before my departure to London, I was eager to sign (which I did late evening) and start the letting; the payment was supposed to be made to my account. Now 5 weeks after still no payment. I can recscind the agreement for total failure of consideration or, if in the unlikely event the full outstanding amounts are paid forthwith, I can substitute a new properly drafted agreement. In any event I will need to have payments monitored and supervised by, or better guaranteed, by a management company. I live and work in London and can't afford to be burdened with recurring problems, nerves and to fly there to deal with problems. Could anyone with similar problems advise on that?
Thanks

Can anyone improve on this? Has anyone had good experience with a property management company that will rent and maintain flats while the owner is out of the country?

Alpha Consulting and DKM do not offer these services on their websites, but Leach & Lang does in Warsaw, Krakow, and Torun:

Any experience with this firm?
