Average monthly electricity charge - Wroclaw 70 sq m

Hi. In relation to the electricity charges in Wroclaw, could anyone give me an indicative monthly charge for an apartment? Not sure if it affects it, but the apartment is 70 sq metres. I know it is based on usage but i just want to get a ball park figure.

I'm moving to Poznan in a month and looking for renting a small flat .. What is the average gas and electricity bill per month for a small 30-35m^2 flat (for old and new flats as well) .. Thanks a lot in advance !
