When the national stadium gets built, on the ruins of the old 10th anniversary stadium (ie. Russian market) then maybe things will move. At the moment, it's not so obvious.
Anyways, Praga Poludnie is a big area and includes a multitude of flavours, from the ghastly (Goclaw) to the sublime (Saska Kepa). Strangely, the silly Poles don't seem to realize there's a difference, and are still happy to live in hideous 10-story housing estates. That's the effect of 50 years of communism. Maybe one day they will learn...
