RECEIVING MMS FROM POLAND

I have posted something like this before.

I am having trouble receiving MMS on my mobile from Poland. The sender is using PLUS GSM. I am using the T mobile network. I can send an MMS to Poland and this person can receive it ok on their phone. When they send me an MMS I have to go onto a computer and go to the PLUS GSM web site, type in a code and then retrieve the picture. The picture was taken on a mobile phone and so when sent to me it is under the 300kb size limit, so the size of the MMS is not the problem.

No one can tell me why this is. Has anyone else had this problem and if so have they fixed it?

Maybe the picture is in a wrong graphic format?

all formats on phones are the same i think it might be that you need to update your settings its happened with me on o2 still does sometimes
