Hello,

I have traveled and lived in various parts of Poland from Poznan, to Zamosc, and Warsaw. I am very fond of Polish food and was wondering if anybody can help me with a couple of recipes:

a. Every summer, where ever I went in Poland, there was always someone grilling something. Does anybody have a recipe for Polish marinades? (for polish grilled meats, preferably various parts of a pig, from cutlets to, pork knuckles marinaded in beer etc.)
b. Also, does anybody have a recipe for polish Golonka?

I thank you in advance.
