i am finding this topic very interesting and am very happy to know that justyna69 is not rascist! i say that because i have a white mother and a black father and a polish boyfriend and have been to poland twice, i have always liked the polish as my father had polish friends here from the late 1950s but i have to say that when i went to poland 2 years ago, i went to a smallish town and the women hated me! i was there for two months and it was hell to be honest and i felt so dissapointed as im very friendly and hate racism in whatever form it comes from! ive just come back from there again(the same place) and i really thought that it would be much better but unfortunately it wasnt, they havnt changed there! my boyfriend is very unhappy about the way they treated me but his family are lovely and thats a blessing! my hope is that one day they will feel differently about me, i feel like an alien when i walk the streets they all stare and gossip(n i can understand them when they speak) and at weddings or gatherings its like i have the plague! but the men are mostly ok to me, justyna69 please can you help me to understand why lots of polish women accept black, asian or mixed race men but they dont really like women of those races? some polish are darker skin than me so what is it? you might be more reasonable than some.

Leyla where are you from? It's interesting to hear your perspective. I experience some resentment from white guys here in Poland because I'm dating "their" woman - but that's a known issue here. I never really heard issues with interacial dating between a girl and a white man. I think I always assumed that girls would be kinder and more enlightened. Sorry to hear about your trouble, it's not all bad though, most people are fine with it, and I've comme to realize that even those who appeared shocked at the sight of an interracial couple got used to it and became friendly.

Its not right for so many reasons, in everyway. What ugly negro "murzyn" wouldint want a white aryan women? Well by the looks of this thread some of that German 'Nazi' tendencies has rubbed off on some of you Polish citizens!!!!. While i'm not attracted to Black women myself i have no problem with interracial relationships, marraiges and child up bringing. I think the Polish generally don't go for Africans or Asians, i can't say its a fact as you cannot pigeon whole this sort of thing, however if we look at society in Poland i don't think the Polish have adjusted to the 'foreign' element in their country. Or though i guess thats what you get being so close to nations that historically do not accept differences in skin colour, creed, religious beliefs etc :)
