I think it still depends on each person.
To be honest so hard to judge men that you really dont know well but in generel as I knew some of Polish men... they are kind, hard working, family oriented, friendly and loyal.
Some of them also likes to drink beer everyday and smoking (for me I just dont like it)

I came to Poland last summer for 6 weeks, and I absolutely loved the men! The ones I met were extremely nice and sweet, and were all good looking!

There are quite a few potato heads here right enough. Slapheads, the thorn in the side of haircare professionals ;) ;0

Polish men are just men. Some are great, some definitely aren't.

gays...

You mention this subject an awful lot...

I knew a woman once, who wanted to marry a Polish guy. She'd never met one, but just had some romantic idea.

Sometimes I wonder how it all turned out. If she ended up disappointed or not.

wow. where do i start?! at least one novel, if not three, required to explain you guys.

firstly, my credentials are reasonably strong for being in a position to have an opinion. i will say that i have two children, and their fathers are both Polish. trust me, that counts as a close encounter with the species. ok, only two test cases, but pretty in depth study ... and, of course, a host of satellite males have also been studied (purely platonically, i hasten to add ; )

ok. one big whopping thought: whatever, despite everything, all serious character flaws and crazy traits that they may have aside, i prefer polish men to most others (that is of course a generalisation, but in general, that's my opinion ...).

why? because (omigod everyone will now hate me) they are more ... real. somehow. don't know how. more raw. more flawed, maybe. more charming, usually. less reasonable, often. better at changing lightbulbs, always.

too many thoughts on this. will contribute more tomorrow.

Sydney:

this also often true, but lovable ones ; )

Which nationality will your 3rd child's father be? I wonder if he will be Polish, taking into account how great you think they're, despite the fact you must have had at least one failed relationship which involved a child.

In terms of being dangerous, on a scale 1-10 I'd rate myself 11!

I would love to meet a Polish guy. I am 52, but have been told I look more than 10 years younger. I wouldn't mind meeting a guy younger than me. I had a Polish father and he was just wonderful. So come on you Polish guys, if you'd like to meet an English woman with a kind heart and a caring soul, then get in touch :-)

why did this die a death?

Not controversial enough? oh dear..I thought my comments of Polish men smelling of gouda cheese would be enough to stir up a frenzy! Evidently not, only Polish women who are not smelling of roses are cause for concern!

but even the smelliest male Pole (read: will shag anythin moving) will always smell like a rose in comparison to a Polish woman who decides to date outside of the Polish sphere....hence my post!

i get your drift ;). isn't it like that not only with Polish women, but any other women though? guys always get away with dating loads of women and sleeping around, be it inside their 'sphere' or not, but when a woman does that she gets a nasty label. it's like in Christina Aguilera's song "Can't hold us down" ha ha.

it's true, there's constantly said something about wrongdoing on this forum, but what i think is that once you finish with one topic there will come another one, people are so imperefct

the weather was terrible today and you know what, some paki tried to get on the bus before me...and the price of bread has realy gone up and you know what that woman down road doesnt half wear horrid clothes and to top that I got my gas bill to day and after that I realised the nice cheese I got 2 months ago was out of date!

ha ha! talking about the weather in UK is in almost every case pointless, it's pretty much sh*t all year round (still good to moan about though). if the cheese is out of date you can still grate it and serve it melted on top of something, nobody will ever know ;)
