Anybody had a similar experience in family court to this. I sent a letter to the family court in august to change the contact with my son, the mother of my son also wrote a letter in September asking the same thing and of course for more money, we have a date for her hearing but I still haven't heard about my hearing. Racism?

Racism?

Yes, of course, racism in its purest form.

Have you been living under a rock? Hard of hearing maybe?

Polish family courts are notorious in Europe for:

a) corruption,

b) favoring females ( 9/10 judges in Polish family courts are female ),

Poland also gets very low marks for speed of trial.

Basically you're not going through anything else than what an average male goes through in a family court in Poland.
