I work at the Marriott and every polish girl I ever met is overly harsh, judgmental, sassy and a smart-aleck. I hate working with them, period. Also need to get rid of illegal immigrants and this would quickly solve the issue big time.

well i am an american woman and i am in a very healthy and thriving relationship with an afircan american/native american man. i stay home and take care of our very intelegant and healthy daughter who is 2 1/2 can say her full alphabet can carry on a great conversation, is fully potty trained and has been since she was 18 months, she started walking at 8 1/2 months, we also own our home and 2 cars and i am only 23 he is 26 and all this is due to great disscions not drug trafficking or any wrong doing on either of our parts. Also i have been out on my own since i was 16 i worked and completed high school i am in the process of completing my bachalors in business managment. the only women from america people see are the ones on t.v. those women are trash and most of them are fake tacky people.
as far as my heritage goes i am a third generation american, my fathers mother is polish, his father is german, my mother is full hungarian. my great grandfather on my busia's side came over from poland and started and owned a cigar factory for many years, my father's father owns a restaurant which he has owned and operated for over 50 years. my mothers fam is not as successful but i am proud to say that her great grandmother and her family were hungarian gypsys

so before anyone talks about any race or cultural back ground just realize we are all human and we may live the lives we choose you are little and pitty and less then a man to let someone else's life choices ruffle your feathers.

Negative trait? Not knowing when to back off or just let it go. Why have harmony when conflict will do? That seems to be the way of quite a few women here.

U shouldnt generalize too much guys,in every country u will find positive and also negative looking/acting girls =) it also depends on the taste,and we shouldnt discuss about tastes cuz every has different.For example I might like talkative girl,and another boy would not like her ;) But in the end I think here,in Poland we have more positive than negative gals ;D

Generally Polki lighten up when pienadze flow does its wonders.Also when they see prezenty sometimes but generally kasa has drastic effects.Unfortunately like cocaine the effect lasts for short time a new dose of paper dope has to take its course to counter the little depression of suffering Polki.

Vanity is the no1 negative one. Russians might top them for this but I doubt it.

behind vanity lurks some vulnerable narcissism, i highly doubt they all suffer from either malignant or labile narcissism problems.

What does it mean for you? What kind of vanity, vain about what?

perhaps the social pressures and demands by culture you interpret as vanity. It is possible that standards set by society are higher when it comes to some traits? And you misinterpret vulnerability to those demands as personal characteristics?

For example, here a person can be quite certain that is she gains 10 pounds she will be warned by everyone to take care, simply there is lack of tolerance to differences when it comes to obesity .

But when it comes to attitudes about many issues, opinions about bigger and smaller issues, in general weltanschauungs it is as far as I can see more permissive. So, structure is loose , oxymoron, no structure :)

I mean that many instantly dub themselves as the prettiest women in the world. I dislike the declaratory nature of it. Many other Slavic women are pretty, as are Asians. About their looks primarily. No misinterpretations here, Natasa :)

I think society is responsible for that. Male part that insists on high standards. In absence of demand, the supply becomes less....perfect? ;) If you were a Slavic woman and labeled as a member of sluttiest group western from Ural, wouldn't you also think it is because your kind is prettiest of all? stop the earth i want to get off

I don't think Polish males insist on those standards, Natasa. Besides, it's not about standards here. The vanity comes from this back patting and conditioning to deceive themselves and preclude the possibility of seeing things along the lines of 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder'. It's also not about economic principles. No, I can't say I would, Natasa. I prefer realism to defensiveness.

The worst traits about the female Polish immigrant community have got to be their attitude to alcohol and men. I have seen some dreadful violence arising from alcohol abuse
amongst Polish women and some bad neglect of kids for the same reason, though I have never seen a child being hit by any Polish woman drunk or sober thankfully. I have also seen some horrendous behaviour over men (usually fairly awful ones at that). Seems to be quite acceptable to lie, cheat, betray your mates and generally sell your soul to the devil over some neanderthal drunkard, best one was the punch up I saw over christmas between mother and daughter over a semi concious local alcoholic who looks like a tramp, who on realising what was going on loudly anounced that he didn't want to marry either of them as he had much better waiting at home!!!!!!

That said I know very little about women living in Poland.

Positive traits, when you meet a nice Polish woman, a lady, they really are ladies in every sense of the word!!!!!
