It is called sponsorship form which can be downloaded I would not know the number.And about your financee overstaying should not have anything to do with that until she was sponsored by you then again depends what visa she came on...K1 is fiancee visa,if she overstayed that then you better get her a good immigration arrorney.Lately ICE is trying to deport very hard,once they have there hands on you no judge is reequired and simply by immigration officers signature the person is deported...GOOD LUCK!
