According to Kurt Vonnegut, the term "beaver" as a euphamism for the female groin was coined by photographers and cameramen that worked stadiums. They would call out to each other "beaver! section X row X" when they spotted a woman sitting immodestly so that they all would be able to get photos and/or film of her, and the spectators around them had no idea what "beaver" referred to.

Looks like the beaver is making a comeback, apparently the fashion is to allow it to grow now, but I haven't seen any evidence of it yet

Judging by the number of places which are offering permanent laser Brazilians, the beaver may well be doomed.

Clever.

Which is the front and which is the back of the coin though? It is either a clever ploy in having their name associated with the furry little beaver (nice tail by the way), or an homage to the Queen.

I like beaver theory more.
Queen already has a group named after her.

Canadian Mint:

Heads = Front = Queen (ALWAYS)

Tails = Back = maple leaf on penny (1 cent), beaver on nickel (5 cents), sail boat on dime (10 cents), moose on quarter (25 cents), coat of arms on half (50 cents), goose on loonie (1 dollar), bear on toonie (2 dollars). These are standard coins, and there are many special editions with different tail designs.

Painfully aware of that. My wife gives me these coins on a regular basis as part of my allowance.

I believe that I posted the original
released in 1965 or thereabouts
Clinton and the lads released their version in 1987

in fairness I much prefer the Poppies version

now just waiting for some overzealous mod to take down my post like they did with
all of those bubonic plague posts I made on the Doda thread

I was a mile off topic but they were still cracking posts nevertheless

now to get back on topic in a cunning ruse to save my post above
what is the most preferable method of dealing with unwanted 'foliage' adopted by Polish girls

the categories are
1 wet razor
2 electric shaver
3 dilipidator (or whatever they are called)
4 weed whacker
5 wax

conveniently skipped over my PWEI comment I see

laser treatment does tend to be rather permanent and we do not know how fashions and tastes may change over time

who knows in a few years time perhaps the 'Yeti' look will come back into fashion and the ladies that opted for
permanent Brazilians will be wearing the equivalent of flared trousers when everyone else is wearing drainpipes

or something...

Of course I didn't address it: taking thread off topic results in bans far faster than homophobic abuse (which doesn't even result in an edit these days, let alone a warning) and I've already had one ban from a certain mod (for reporting her abusive ban of another poster, a ban which was overturned the very next morning, unlike mine, which was extended after it expired by a certain mod 'forgetting' about the IP block that had been put in place) which showed me that it's best for me to not give the slightest excuse for a ban.

I gave my girlfriend a voucher for Christmas year before last. Since then she's also had her armpits and legs done.

I would very much doubt that. Just look at armpit hair, you think that hairy armpits will ever come back into fashion? Seriously? I can remember three times when flares have come back into fashion but none when hairy armpits have.

I suspect most/all Polish women have no hair in that area. They are very beautiful, so it would surely pain them to have any disfigurement that they could easily remove. And Polish people are great travellers and are fond of living in different countries, including places where most women remove their public hair. So yes, Polka are smooth and beautiful :-)
