There is a popular belief (at least outside of Poland) that Polish women are promiscuous. I've been hearing this for a few years now from different non-white ethnic groups and sometimes I don't know what to say. Should I be offended? (I do have a sister after all) I guess it's all subjective really. But if you hear the same crap from time to time does it become the truth? It's like me saying that Asian women are submissive. Anyways, I'm living in Canada and don't really know too many Poles but the ones I've known have been pretty decent so I don't know where this started. I don't want to hear that the women in my culture are overly easy. Call me conservative. It's funny there's another topic about Polish girls being prudes.

The ones that are easy abroad, are also easy in their home country. I dont think you lower your standards just because you are a foreigner. Unless, its a chic from a small town, that knows whatever she does abroad will not be spread by rumor how it does in villages in PL.

Arabs have a view that every Polish lady is a slut. I think this is because of the large tourist groups that vacation in Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt. The trips are cheap from PL, lots of college aged girls go, and think "whatever happens there, stays there", and create a nice opininon for the rest of the Polish nationality.

whether people like it or not, for many years polish women pooted themselves to better their lives - which is all well and good - but they now have a reputation for it... those of us who have nice red passports and were in poland well before 2004 may well have experienced this... i certainly did

I agree. I saw this back in Scotland many years ago. Even as a kid I knew it was wrong just to affix labels like 'slut, slag or tart'. It was done too cheaply.

Since when has sex been a bad thing if done properly? Also, what makes it other people's business to pry into the private and intimate behaviour of consenting adults?

We all received sexual education, some just interpreted the advocation of sex more liberally than others. Sheesh!

Sexual frustration - 28 years living in a flat with your parents. Imagine that. The only place you can explore your blossoming womanhood in the back of a Fiat 126 on a housing estate. Then you go abroad and you get your own place. I'm not surprised some of them go off the rails a bit.

Anyone who is promiscuous is a disgrace...whether man or woman.

About being with the non-white...i think its a thread influenced by a deep feeling of racism and unmanlyness. The person who thinks like this is lacking seriously in his manhood.

Plus the woman who thinks its feminist to protect these girls saying 'its ok as the men do it too' is being pathetic.

Plus the girls who do it...would do it with white men aswell. Would do it with anyone...because they are soul-less immoral people.

Plus... if they like a nonwhite man so much....they should feel free to marry him. Should be responsible... there are wonderful examples all over Poland. However for those who love to live under a rock dont know much but brag about their stupid and foolish sentiments and logic.

pfft you know what, you're being pathetic as usual with your idealistic visions of what people should be like. i'm not defending anyone, but it's usually guys who take advantage of those loose women who call them promiscuous ok, get it? it's everybody's personal business how many people they choose to sleep with, bragging about it is something else. you don't often see women bragging about the amount of sexual partners they have had - but men are a different case, putting ticks on their bedposts and sharing the details with their equally creepy little mates. not saying all men are like this ok before you call me a feminist again, but it's those men who call women wh*res and slags for sleeping with many men that are just as bad or even worse. but it's ok for them, they're men, they have to spread their seed before they get married right.

as for being racist, it is a fact that many middle-eastern guys will prefer for their bride to be a virgin, whilst they are happy to sleep with prostitutes or 'promiscuous Polish girls', and that is the sort of guys the thread author accuses of spreding such stupid gossip.

oh and one more thing, just to shock the hell out of you. youth is youth, people sleep around, have sex outside of the wedlock, don't wish to get involved untill later on - and it is their business ok. nobody likes being spoken down to and you're very good at it, preaching and screeching about morals. look at yourself and think if you're the one without sin before you cast another stone. just cos somebody likes to have sex with many people from different races doesn't mean they don't have a soul. maybe they don't believe in heaven after death and wanna have as much fun as they can before they're too old for it? think about that and cut the crap, it's boring.

I agree. but Lodz comes from traditional and how hard is it to find someone these days
who actually stays within those traditions and keeps restraint.

no one should critisize someone for keeping himself/herself protected.. with all the
disease now a days you would think this would be practiced more, but its not.

but what justy says is true, it happens here too , and no amount of contraceptives
or rubbers is going to stop everything.. one slip up and whos the ultimate victim?

Do we live in a traditional world? I don't think we do anymore. Life is ever evolving and ever changing. We risk being left in the past if we cannot keep up with modern society.

sadly - we don't, that's why there's no point in quoting religion or traditional morals because even the roman catholics do this stuff, Polish people do, everyone does. thing's aren't the way they used to be, you don't just fall in love and get married to someone you never slept with. i'm not saying this was a wrong thing, i think it was more romantic and special that way, exploring that path together after getting married. not saying you shouldn't make a guy wait for it though lol. before people just knew they met a person they wanted to spend their life with, without wondering how good in bed they were. now we need to date, chat on the phone etc. before we even consider seing someone more than once or twice, and it doesn't matter if you already slept together, it doesn't mean you have to get involved with someone just because you had sex. it's kinda sad, but it's the way things are. you must forgive me, i watched Enchanted last night ha ha...

Well let me tell you that there are women and men in Poland and in around the world who feel that there needs to be a steer. If the body is the horse, there needs to be the soul as the horseman to get life on the right track.

About judging... oh no I am not judging any particular person. To get your brain working correctly...its a forum where discussions are done, and views and crossed and analysed. People dont just come here to post their dreams and ideas....but also people cross and discuss those ideas, ideals and dreams and plans etc etc etc... thats why the thread just dont end up with one post... and it contains more views than one.

There are different worlds which exist in this same world. The world you live in is not the only world that exist. There is the world of those who value morals, family, love and commitment. Well I am not a Christian. And I do not throw stones at anyone. But yes, I do have my point...and I do make it clear. Actually I work for it...I just dont sit and brag. Actually I have clubs and groups across Poland...since my early student years...with many such issues...moral, ethical, about migration and national interest.

People of other races are also humans. The good ones are counted out... but then what can one expect from people who are infested. They meet the infected ones and then infest the soeciety more with their infested thoughts, and later bring spiritual and physical dieseases to haunt the society. And when people with a moral stance stand and call for unity in thoughts, unity in action...these people brag for personal freedom and choice.

Well i respect the personal freedom....but the teaching or morality must stand on a higer ground over the sick and perverted ideas of immorality.

I agree. Your points are valid and I personally think you were right to defend yourself. Calling you a feminist because you stated a more modern view is not right, I'm sorry Lodz but it is not. The world is not idealistic people are doing lots worse things than just sleeping with each other before marriage. Maybe I am sensitive to this because Lodz disapproved of me talking about the topic on another thread. If I love a girl and the girl loves me why should we feel bad because we practice safe sex? I won't feel guilty for somebody else's disapproving view.
