Either that or it's raining a lot. Well at least that is my excuse for the Scot's not smiling much, but we are usually a dour bunch :D

So is that a good or a bad thing for you? (Not quite sure what to make of it.)

The American smile is fake and most American friendships are fake and superficial.

Poor guy, no friends and everything is fake. When you live in another country, sometimes it helps to adjust yourself to the new situation instead to expect people of this country to change to fulfill your expectations and needs. When I was in Poland, there were many strange things that I had to get used to it first before finding friends too. Anywhere you go you'll have to adjust yourself and if you're not willing to, well at least take it like a man and don't whine about it.

IMHO, a macho culture is where men feel self-important just because they are men and it's completely acknowledged and accepted by the society that a women can only feel fully accomplished if she is in a relationship with a man. Therefore women tend to behave more flirtatious and dress more seductively because they are under a lot of social pressure to land a partner.

I'm actually surprised Russia is not in top 5.

Now, I've hanged myself to dry.

Polish men are not exactly macho.Generally slavic women are free they lack the strict protestant ethics and whatever and want a boyfriend next to them.Mediteranean women have much more huge egos and play hard to get.

We should change countries, maybe you'll find Dutch women who play impossible to get far more interesting?

Dutch women tend to talk and talk but no substance.I think only slavic girls tend to go for the kill.

In my experience this isn't playing.

They are either interested - or they are not. Not much messing about with Nederlandse vrouwen ;)

I swear to god, I think I'm starting to hate this forum. Stop it with these generalizations, seriously.

Generalizations weren't created here. They were brought here from "out there". At least here they can be hashed out.

Generalisations are unavoidable - generally speaking.
