Can I pursue a Polish father in Poland for child support?

My baby has a Polish father (i am English) He has done everything he can to avoid paying me any child support so i contacted the CSA, since then he thought it would be better for him to move back to Poland to avoid any responsibility. He still wants contact with the child and he emails me for photos etc. Is there anyway i can chase him through the Polish courts? What would i need to do? Anyone with any ideas?

Hi Rosey,
check this post out,its a bit different to your situation but you might get some info from it.

Maintenance & Rights: Polish mother & child in Poland, Irish father in the UK

I would speak to a lawyer in the UK first to see where you stand.
