Go to parties held by her friends even if they they are very boring, same applies to dancing,

Wedding planning - let her plan everything, expect her to invite her extended family and friends, you will get 10-20% of the places to fill up, use these carefully
If she makes fun of her religion, don't follow and NEVER EVER CRITCISE THE POPE (the Polish one I mean, it is ok to say what you like about Ratzinger)
Same applies about her home country but does not apply about your country at all
