am about to marry my polish girlfriend she tells me she want name on bills and my morgage wich she as not put any money into the house and name on my business which i have been doing for 20 years before i met her any advise to me thanks

If you are happy to gamble with a very weak hand, do it. If not run as fast as you can. This doesn't just go for Polish birds. They are all a risk. Mind you this one sounds a little more astute than most.

Find a new girl. Polish if that's your fancy, although the situation might repeat itself then. Polish women are like pebbles on the beach in UK right now anyways.

do all the research first, or you may find if it goes wrong she ends up with your assets. plus an expensive legal bill..

consider this a test. As far as business goes, say no. You might think of opening a subsidiary that she could be partner in, if possible, and if she has any business sense.
House is tougher. It would be nice if she could consider it hers as well as yours. It's strange that she asked, though. It shows some mistrust.. If you drop dead she will get it anyway, right?

Say no and tell her if she doesn't like it, she can leave. She might be 'testing' you, she might be trying to set you up for a future rip-off, either way the answer is the same.

Why would she want her name on your bills? Is she planning on paying them? Very strange behaviour. Is she planning on paying off the mortgage? Don't put her name on any deeds but if she wants the bills let her pay them.

I suppose there is very little risk involved in putting her name on the bills. But it does start the whole conversation and leads to the question 'Why won't you put my name on the other things, don't you trust new?' Much easier to just say no too it all.

Isn't the case that anything bought before marriage stays the property of the respective partners? So the only effect would be that she becomes liable for you debts.

I'd leave the business as it is, there could be tax implications (or that would be a good excuse).
