The agent marketing these is Ania Kubacka whom you can find on that web site. She speaks very good English and I find her very good. But of course I am biased.

Thank you for the update. Have had a look at the website (well edited and in English)
I think it is to soon now to start buying. To be honoust to you I have no knowledge about the way of financing and mortgaging a propierty in Poland. So I have to look into that in the near future.
Do you also rent out propierty (long term)?

No, we just develop in Krakow. I do rent out in other parts of Poland.

That is to bad, however I believe you could answer another question I have regarding financing a property. How do banks look at your earnings? Do you need to make a deposit (f.i. like in the UK & Ireland)?

Second question I have you probably don't like providing an answer, but I'll try my chances:
Do you know any agents/friends who do long term rentals?

I wish some foreign expats would post some recommended real estate agencies which are competent , honest and with reasonable fees .
