people have lost interest already. Its human nature to be overcome with emotion and then the cause gets slowly forgotten, people find something else to rant about or people just lose interest

thats reality.

Lost interest? Really? Have you seen the amount of internet and media coverage over this since the video was released? This topic is as strong as ever, especially in Vancouver.

This is a situation where the cause should not be forgotten, and people should actually organize to try and initiate change. The Vancouver Polonia has already over 300 confirmations for attendance on this day, so this issue is far from dead.

lol, will do :)

I'm hoping it will be a peaceful protest, but there is an awful lot of emotion that has been building over the last week. Facebook groups and events are spreading like wildfire for the Vancouver and Toronto protests on November 24th. If the RCMP get aggresive, I can guarantee you the protestors (atleast the Polish ones :) will push right back. I will post my experience here.

Don't listen to that moron, Canadianguy. He posts all over the discover vancouver forum. He has a double digit IQ and that's on a good day. The rally in Toronto is taking place this Saturday at 12 pm at Queens Park. Don't be fooled by the politicians' statements about a full public inquiry. They only want to weaken us. Robert Dziekanski was murdered and we want the murderers prosecuted like common criminals because that's who they are. And those criminals were being covered up by the officials of the RCMP so that makes them criminals as well for aiding and abetting. Nice police force Canada. SHAME SHAME SHAME.

For all the ******** about Canada, sure a lot of Polish here. hmmmmmm. I can understand the anger, however the taser wasn't meant to kill. The guy was swinging a chair and acting like a complete idiot. He would have been shot in a lot of other countries. For all the RCMP knew he could have high off crack. I hear all this criticism that it's the RCMP's fault they couldn't understand him. Just a reminder, Polish is not OUR national language.

I remember a couple of years back when that Polish (weapons smuggling) immigrant shot and killed an RCMP officer. Lucky for the Polish the rest of Canada decided not to organize for that.

To all the Polish immigrants LUCKY enough to be here, remember this. these same people you are planning on marching against are the very same ones that put their lives on the line every day for us so YOU and I can enjoy the quality of life we have in this country. GOD BLESS CANADA! LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT!

PS - if it wasn't for WWII Allies including Canadians, German would be the national language in Poland and the rest of Europe.

Actually they weren't scared of the woman and children, they were scared of the 'brave" natives using then as sheilds as they ran around with shotguns. The only casualty in that standoff was a Quebec police officer (and his family) who was killed for trying to do his job. To this day not one native has stood trial for his murder.

Yeah, "yawn" thats what Poland was doing when Hitler ran over your country like a speedbump

- Harken yet again to the voice of real Canada - the voice of psychopathy, jingoism, self-conceit, boorishness, unheard of ignorance, and savage Polonophobia. No wonder Polish people are being murdered in that loony racist dump.

- God curse this horrific racist dump built on the blood and bones of countless victims, such as Native Indians.

I hope I live long enough to see the day of doom for the dump.

Let's expose the dirty secrets of these self-complacent lying racists, bandits and hypocrites to the world.

I know these secrets very well indeed and I will be divulging them whenever I can as long as I live. :)

Any real Polish people living in that dump should leave it instantly, if they care at all about self-respect.

- Thank you. Imagine, Greg, that I was 'suspended' for a while, ostensibly for using derogatory language towards somebody (who?!), but in reality, I suspect, for my matter-of-fact statements about 'Canada.' I didn't even know about the 'suspension,' as I was away for a while.

- Isn't this derogatory language? Would you suspend yourself, pal, or should I say: 'twat'? I can see you have a double-standard here: when Puzzler replies in kind to wackos that insult him vulgarly, you suspend Puzzler, but not the wackos. There are those who are equal and those who are more equal in this forum, aren't they? Where's your conscience, sense of justice, equal treatment for all, pal? What an Orwellian figure you appear to be indeed.

Yes I agree, lets keep this on topic, but while we're on the topic I don't need a reminder about the quality of life of the natives. I live next to a reservation and put up with their roadblocks only to be asked for spare change by them when I get to work.

HAHAHAHA! Wow! What a tirade. Too bad most of your other countrymen don't feel the same way, they love it here. They flock off the boats every year by the thousands. Seriously though I can't blame them by talking to some of my Polish friends. In Canada if your work hard to succeed you will. From what I understand, Poland has the highest unemployment rate, cost of living and poverty rate in Europe. Ironically enough after joining the European Union. I don't blame them from not wanting to go back. You were almost better off sticking to your socialist roots instead of trying to imitate North American capitalism.

As far as your quoting of my previous thread, toil in your own meager exisitence, your comments are neither prolific or substantiated. My comments are completely factual and unbiased. As far as your comments of racial intolerance, if I'm not mistaken Poland only started adopting Equal Rights Acts in the early 90's after adopting democracy. If I'm not mistaken, the Roma sects of your country are still not protected by this legislation. A little late in the game to be a hypocrite don't you agree? Then there is the matter of the decommisioning of Polish landmines still in exisitence. Poland keeps procrastinating on their commitment to abolish the production use and trade of these deadly weapons of terrorism. Are we making a little money on the side?

You should come visit Canada, I'm sure we can find a hot dog cart you can work at.
