We are in the process of renovating a modern barn conversion next to our house. The barn house features a gym, 2 king sized bedrooms and a kitchen + bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, gas cooker and washing machine.

We have a large outdoor heated swimming pool which is available for use within the summer months.

Nettos is a local supermarket with very cheap prices. Within walking distance

Rent is charged at 100 pounds per week and includes all bills, 4mb shared wireless internet is available for an extra 10 pounds per month. The rooms are very large and would ideally suit 2 people who dont mind sharing in order to split the costs of rent.

The main house is a 19th century cottage occupied by an English family. One English guy already lives in the top room of the barn house, he is a very tidy person and can speak basic Polish. The house and barn share a large front and back garden.

The kitchen and bathroom is shared but the rooms themselfs are very big, much bigger than most modern builds.
