Kto z was potrafi przetłumaczyć choć jedną z poniższych fraszek?

Poniżej zamieściłem parę fraszek Jana Sztaudyngera. Czy potraficie je tak przetłumaczyć aby zachowały rym i sens?


Fraszki Jana Sztaudyngera

Czasem głupoty człowiek sobie życzy,
Bowiem w mądrości tyle jest goryczy...

Warto jest chwalić głosy baranie,
jeśli się za to wełny dostanie.

Zero do zera, a będzie kariera.

Ach, Boże, Boże, czemu tak się dzieje,
Że tylko głupi ma matkę nadzieję?

Dać w ziemię nura – najlepsza to emerytura.

Do rządu, nierządu i pogody ma zaufanie tylko młody.

Dzięki długoletniej wprawie sam siebie trawię.

Innych nie sądzę, sam też lecę na pieniądze.

Jak pies wierny jestem żonie, bo za każdą suką gonię...

Jej drabina do kariery, ma cztery litery.

Jest tylko jedna prawda szczera, w kłamstwach jak w gruszkach się przebiera.

Jabłek nie jadam. Zmądrzałem. Adam.

Kiedy przechodzi ładna dziewczyna, zaraz mi Amor łuk napina.

Kto śpi, nie grzeszy, więc miła osobo, nie będzie grzechu, gdy prześpię się z tobą.

Ktoś tam klaszcze pod borem: to dewotki – ozorem.

Ludzie mali nie cierpią swojej skali.

Ludzkość – to brzmi butnie, i zawodzi okrutnie.

Najbardziej zawsze nadęci: kastraci i impotenci.

Nic od kobiety człowiek nie wymaga – może być naga.

On był stały – tylko one się zmieniały.

Oto para idealna, on Amor, ona amoralna.

Polska A, Polsce B
Każe się całować w D.

Postaw świnię przy korycie, a rozpłynie się w zachwycie.

Przyjrzałem się tej Ewie – niech jabłko wisi na drzewie!

Są ludzie z duszą zrzędną, przez takich kwiaty więdną.

Szczęśliwi łysi, nic im nie stoi, nic im nie wisi.

Nice effort but the class connotations of 'toff' are a bit pejorative. You're familiar with the common Brit phrase 'as happy as a pig in shit', right? Maybe something on those lines?

EDIT: Just seen yours - closer to the original than mine, nice, like it...

EDIT #2: This one from Sztaudynger is just brilliant - and no, I haven't a clue how to translate it :)

To jest dopiero wyzwanie!

Pierwsza próba:

For fear of sounding Russian (or being taken for one)
they wouldn't say "babushka", but rather use word "gran".

...chociaż "one" i "gran" nie do końca się rymują... może coś z "gun"...

That's good.

But looking for an equivalent, I'd rather use here a forced Briticism, just to show that you try to avoid a natural americanism. That's called dynamic equivalence.

That works nicely, I particularly like 'small-fry' <-> 'whale' - but why go from a generalisation to 'he'?

As for the Russification one: As a Brit I fear we'd have to bring the French in here somewhere for this to stick...

Hmmm... how about...

Being a Frog - for them it's worse than being dead,
they don't say "cul-de-sac", but use "dead end" instead.

*chociaż, żeby znaleźć coś podobnego do "czai" i "herbaci" we francuskim i angielskim
to trzeba by się trochę bardziej wysilić :)*

It's good. Still, the greatness of the original is somehow lost, the meaning in the translation is a bit too straightforward.

Shouldn't it be 'an ego', BTW? Just asking.
