I see several varieties of kielbasa in the stores. How is each best prepared?

Swojska
Wiznowia
Weselna
dibecka

My spelling is not the best, and there are others. Any advice is appreciated.

Generally "swojska" should be best but only if you buy from a good suplier. These names don't usually mean a lot now (like with vodkas - they tend to taste about the same in spite of different names).
