I had the best sausage I have ever had in my entire life in a little restaraunt in Warsaw. I can't remember the name, but it was near the church of the three crosses.

What are everyones feelings on Polish sausage vs. German sausage? They seem to think that all PL sausage has skin that's too tough. I've never run into this problem. I really like the farm bought sausage.

I don't know if many english would like polish sousages?

My husband quite likes polish food but when I gave him polish sausage ( proper smoked one ) it seemed to be too strong flavour for him.

The problem with Polish sausage is what to do with it. In England they fry or grill their sausage. Here in Poland an Englishman might turn his nose up at a sausage that has just been boiled or is eaten cold. Part of the problem is what to expect when offered sausage. From the English point of view are you expecting something like salami or a typical 'banger' ?
For me a Polish sausage is neither of these.
