Thread attached on merging:
Looking for girls in warsaw

I'm visiting with male friends at the end of february and we'd like to meet girls to show us the sights, have drinks with, etc.

We are all from Scotland and will arrive Friday 29th February and are staying at the Hilton.

There's a few cheap ones I've seen on the forum. He could probably buy one of them with a mere six-pack of piwo...

Scottio ignore them...the fact is you WILL be able to pull at the clubs.

You have more money to toss around AND you have an accent from a Western country. It's all you need.

It's reality regardless of what a Pole here will tell you. If you took two guys that look the same and act the same here and one was Polish and one a Scot the Scot will ALWAYS have an easier go.

Just go out...be nice...and let the magic of the kilt work ;)

Unfortunately, I have to agree, you won't need a lot of money, OP. It's enough if you use your accent. You will have fun. Just please don't use cheesy pick-up lines. Be honest about wanting to just have fun. Some of these girls are so naive they do fall for: "I'm REALLY looking for a wife here.." It's not a good thing to take advantage of intellectually challenged people..

I'd change 'most' for 'some'.. I'm at a loss to figure out what skills you have, to have found the only one pearl in this wretched country, Jones.. tsk tsk

Sofi, I don't think many people actually recognize accents.. on my part that was a generalization..

The Scottish accent? OMG, get a grip, there are several very distinct accents. What is THE Scottish accent may I ask?

Many Scots don't like their own accents, dunno why that is really but I've felt that myself b4. When coupled with certain dialects, it can sound moronic. How girls can find it attractive beats me, they just like sth new I guess

Maybe. I guess, living in a chavvy area, the dialect I hear is the irritating kind.
