seeking appartment for hostel business- Krakow

i am seeking an appartment to Lease ( Rent) in Krakow that could be converted to a hostel not far away from down town of Krakow.
the appartment i am seeking around 200 Sqm and about 5000 zlty a month.

y not, plenty of chances for everybody, krakows tourism is increasing, not all the hostels can take it.
