Selling commercial property in Poland

Hi,
I intend to sell a small commercial property in Poland. I have already tried to sell via real estate agencies, however, I think this is not an adequate way and maybe I should contact a consulting agency (for example a consulting agency with focus on foreign investors). Does anybody have experience on this subject?

Hmm - why don't you wait a couple more years? The property will be worth at least twice as much as it is worth now.

At least based on the comments of some members here. :)

Hi, does anyone have any idea how I can find someone local to finish my off-plan apartment. My apartment in krakow is now complete, but without floors, bathroom, kitchen etc. Any ideas?

I am looking to buy commercial property in Krakow or Zakopane.

Michael:
Any ideas?

Do you speak Polish? I know a couple of guys outside of Krakow who do finishes, and for your kitchen I recommend Ikea, they will fit it and everything.

Hi

I am in the same boat.
Our apartment is in the Lagiewniki district of Krakow near the Wilga river (South Bank Development). Where is yours ?
At the moment we are orgainsing the final white finish (apart from the kitchen) through the UK company we bought from. Pretty pricey tho'.

We were thinking of an IKEA kitchen, but didn't know that they would fit also.
We have a polish speaking mate who may come over with us to sort it out.

let me know how you are getting on
PM me if you want - might be good to share info.

Best

Mike

Ikea have a subcontractor that they use for fitting. They have a downloadable kitchen planner, that is very useful if you have the measurements.
Good luck
