are sending ans recieving sms free on all polish networks?

i read on this forum somewhere that in poland regardless of network provider-texting to or from mobiles is free-is this true??

Not free, but very cheap on most tariffs. Some deals give a certain number 'free' each month but most don't.

Maybe i can call you or send message to you here in China, testing how Cheap is this .

But the cost of the sms should be exactly the same regardless of which country somebody is sending a text to. Calls of course are not so advantageously priced.

what about receiving sms? is it free to RECEIVE. if i send a sms to poland from england to an english vodaphone number which has roaming the sms it free to receive the person in poland is not charged for receiving the sms is this true for some polish mobile numbers?

in polish networks, if you have roaming, you never pay if you receive an sms. if you sent a message from abroad to poland (having polish network) you pay for the message about 5 times more that usually. but if sb sends you a message from poland he/she pays normally (no extra charges).
