Serious question about swear words!? Need help.

Hi Im new to the forums but I have a question. My husband is from Poland, and sometimes when he gets upset, or even sometimes when we argue, he might say this...

What Im asking is what they mean, and HOW do I know if hes directing it at me?

pizdo.. refering to one as a pussy or cunt

Cipa.. exatly the same thing as above

szmata... refering to one as a whore

cipka..again same as the first two


Im pretty sure no matter how one says these words, especially when in an argument with a female its directed at them... those there are NOT fuck words, clearly Cunt as mentioned before

I just asked him about kurwa, he said he uses that when he wants to say the f word, and he used cipa as in pussy, pizdo, he said said it means pussy, LOL hes trying to make "light" of it. Szmata he said is a rag.. and cipka is pussy too

szmata means cloth, but also bitch/whore

The words are quite strong and he shouldn't be using cipa in ur presence. If I said ty cipo to my loved one, she'd be mortified, even if said jokingly. Poles who are very close can say it to each other that way but best avoided. Just raise it with him

What a coward to say things you don't understand. Like has been said about half of those things are NOT him juts venting...he is calling you names. The other half COULD be just venting and cussing not directed at you but could also be meant about you.

This guy sounds like a winner. There are a few girls on this forum that deserve a guy like that with the way they talk.
