Setting up branch of company for software testing in Poland

I have been tasked with looking into the option of oss shoring our internal software testing and Poland is an option.

Does anyone have any details of Polish salaries for software testers, developers (for the future).

Areas I am considerring are the SEZ particularly Bielsko Biala. The are many universities near by and the salries/living expenses are less than the major cities.

Any assistance would be much appreciated

Don't you have access to Gartner or similar IT advice information sites? It will save you a lot of effort since these studies are readily available

I work as I test Engineer for a big IT firm we do Localization so we need People with Languages what is not easy to find in Poland . what type of test will you do ?

Thanks and yes I am looking through these. Difficult to fins anything really up to date as things are changing so fast.

It is our own software products we will be testing. Currently english, French, German labguage only. Most of the tetsing will be running automated tests and tests that do not require direct connection to prodution printers. In the futre I see resturctuing of the team here to move more activities to Poland and re-train the people in new job roles such as requirements analysts and test architects
