Setting up a corporation in Poland. or not?

Just wondering if tax-wise it is better to setup a new corporation in Poland or to just bring a foreign one in from overseas to do business in Poland? Or is there financially no difference?

Depends what you want to do. If you're going to be making stuff here and exporting it then it makes sense to have a company hq in a low tax/low VAT country and a branch here. For real estate, its easiest to have a company here as you have to pay tax on profits from real estate here whatever and there's no point having 2 layers of admin.
