Should I expect culture shock when coming to Poland from the US or UK?

We have known each other 6 months in person. Im 42 she is 36.

Do you live together now?
and will you be leaving anyone behind if you came here?

No we are not living together and will not when I am there, at least at first.

Just leaving Mom, sis, bro and sister's kids. Not leaving behind allot.

It does seem kind of daring to leave everything for someone you have known for all of 6 months. We get along great and have the honesty, trust and communication that make up a great relation.
