Germans do not talk about history like BB.For the majority of Germans Hitler's period was a very short period which has the same importance as any other period in german history.They find it unfair to remind them of this period without refering to other periods of german history.

Because of the size and power of the nation. Russia's current policies are very nationalistic and brilliant, the rest of europe should follow.

You sound like a wannable Pole in the 30s trying to imitate der Fuhrer or Il Duce. Though at this moment Russia has not reached the class of Nazi Germany (I think it would not dare), it has definitely adopted a strong resemblance to Mussolini's Italy. I wouldn't mind whether or not Russians are happy with their curse, but I just hope that Poland and the rest of Europe will never again be plagued by the twisted legacy of the Roman Empire (sometime I marvel at the perversion of mankind digging at the past for the crappiest of models!)

No, "we" should have stuck to bombing military targets,not pure revenge attacks on women and children.Simple truth is, the large bomber raids mounted in late 44 and early 45 did f' all for the strategic situation.

Rubbish.....The cities were military targets....What with the road junctions, Rail yards, warehouse etc etc.....Its just that unfortunately the women and kids lived near by!.....I think you've given in to modern day morality!
