Situation on real estate market in Poland as at October 2007

The information below is from a consultant called Rednet, which publishes a monthly report on the prices of residential real estate in the major Polish cities.

The report makes for interesting reading and can be downloaded from their site.

I have been keeping an eye on the rednet reports for 6 or 7 months. I dont know how accurate they are but they would certainly provide market movement guides. If you search around you can find a section with all the previous monthly reports.
