does any one know how works I can take the local cable any more

I suppose you could buy a sattelite dish to watch it from Poland?

there is this thing that allows you to watch british tv through your computer anywhere in the world.no idea how it is called but you can get it in pc world.

I need to buy in poland would be great if you could find out the name of the softwere or what ever is called I would be very thankful aga 76

That's exactly right. Once you've got the card and decoder, it's easy to get the dish set up.

do not expect to be able to get BBC or ITV or the Disney Channel on Sky in Poland.
there is a company based in Warsaw that can set everything up for you. they charge a fair old whack but know what they are doing
