I don't know about the accuracy of all the things said in the video, but in general I liked it.

I tried Menudo soup and is good but not as good when I cook flaczki po mojemu. I think I will cook it this weekend too bad my wife does not like it.

I make good bigos too and my wife like it, my kids not so much.
my dother likes schabowe but my son for some reason does not.
