What exactly is Wieczór panieński

Hi everyone, What exactly means Wieczór panieński and what do they do? One of my friend said that Wieczór panieński means inviting some male strip teasers and making them have fun with the Bridegroom? Is it true in Poland that bride groom have such kind of night? Thanks for your reply. Ram

Usually it includes doing some crazy things, but of course it's not obligatory to have a stripper. I'm pretty sure you have the same in Germany.
