Is this hair style that popular in Poland nowadays or is it exaggerated?

One of my friends has that hair style (the way she can cover it with long hair and looks "normal") and It doesn't look bad on her. It is "popular" the way that 1 in a 100 teenage girls/young women has it.

I thought it was quite popular everywhere nowadays. Some of them do look nice, but not the ones with long hair, it's too much contrast

I was hoping for that answer, i think it ruins a good looking girls looks, maybe it works for Rhianna but i dunno about the rest.

Better they shave the side of their head. The hair will grow back after the phase has passed. Unlike a tattoo.....

I noticed that as well recently in Krakow. I usually think that young Polish women/girls are quite elegant when it comes to clothes and shoes, but regarding haircuts... hmmm... why do boys and girls here seem to get inspiration from the worst haircuts we saw between 5 and 20 years ago in Western Europe's suburban proletariat ? :-(

It is because many polish girls let their gfs do their coiffure in order to save money. They also save money on clothes but this is less evident because they have an eye for fashion. The situation gets reversed when they move abroad and have income on disposal even if slavic hair is thin and does not help for extravagant creatures.Cesky have unbelievable hot hair and amazing styles.

We used to have that ''Gabber'' look in Holland back in '94, which looked pretty similar to these hairstyles, with the difference being that they shaved themselves bald underneath. (I still think it made girls look horrible!) This doesn't look *too* bad though, although I have to say I'd prefer long, natural hair on a girl..

:)

How about a big, puffy mohawk glued so it stands up on end?

I heard tattooing feels like getting kicked with a cleat, so, I'm too chicken to get one.

Not really. (I have one.) It feels a little like something on or in your skin is going from hot to cold and you feel a bit of a burning sensation. (And it bleeds a little!) It didn't feel like getting kicked at all to me?

:)

u will find it among teenage girls. but i would say very few.

a couple of tv personalities have it.

daughter number 3 says she hasn't noticed anyone at school with that style.

edit: just checked the latest Bravo magazine. out of dozens of photos the only one to sport the shaved look is Patricia Kazadi.

It went out of fashion here about 20 years ago, it was called an undercut
