This is a thread for good music, history and scenes forgotten. Nationalism and pride, with videos etc. Im posting the ones I like. STO LAT

And go easy on me, I dont understand all the words, and this band is hard to pull up info on. The riffs and the scenes paint the picture for me. I dont need to know every word.

Honor wrote some good stuff if u r in the mood 4 it. I have one of their more mellow albums and it's quite melodic. A nice laid back song is Bóg Wojny.

Well the thing is im not "so polish". Im actually more patriotic about the Rhineland, but its good to be into both. America, germany, poland, it doesint matter which one I stand in right now, aslong as I show homage...

Who said I haven't seen it? I'm not one to spout off about things I know nothing of. And for once (don't count on it happening very often) Warsaw8 and I are in complete argreement. "Triumph of the Will" is a great film, a perfect study in propoganda and visual hypnotism. I would say Riefenstahl's "Olympia" is better, but who is to say. Any cinephile or movie lover should see "Triumph of the Will." HOWEVER, much like "Birth of A Nation," "Triumph" is a great work of evil. We can't punish a great artist's work if the creator is racist, but we can recognize it as a racist creation. Every frame of the movie oozes with the hatred and villianry that spawned it and yet it is impossible to divorce it's vile content from it's outstanding technical and narrative achievement. It is a black stain on art and the theory that good is clever and evil is dumb. These are clever people who made this evil film.

And in your opinion what is "good metal"? If your truly a fan. And in the end it doesint matter, because your opinion of good may only work for you ;)

Besides the message being sent in these songs, I like the quick riffs and ancient tune, thats my style, and its hard to find that in the U.S. anymore because everything is mainstream and its sellout music for the most part.
