I was born in Poland but I came to Canada as a 3 year old. I love DJ'ing and I want to play in Poland while I visit my relatives. Does anyone know any clubs where I could send some promo CD's?

Amathyst:
I go a little bit further back 88 but 89 was the best ever.

This is worrying... we might even have been to some of the same nights back then! Preferred Konspiracy over the Hacienda at the time, though... but looking back, I prefer the kind of tunes they played at the Hac these days, lol. It all died a bit for me around 1991-92 (except for early jungle/d&b) but by 1994 I was in London anyway, then UK Garage got me back into it all in about 1996-97, but that's the club scene for you, nothing good lasts for ever... omg if you knew how many clubs I've been to over the years... haha :)

telfonitika:
oh bring back the 1991-92 era of old skool (im a hardcore raver lol amathyst got into the uk scene back in 1991 desperately rebuilding my collection of events like slammin vinyl etc etc lmao)

Man Alive, Hacienda, Konspiracy, Manchester; Kool Kat, Nottingham; Kaos/Orbit, Leeds; Bibbys, Bradford; Slammin' Vinyl, Raindance, Helter Skelter, Labrynth, One Nation, Roast, Dreamscape, Movement, Twice As Nice, Cookies & Cream, Garage Nation, Eskimo Dance, DMZ, London/south east; I could go on all night haha.... 20 years of raving (lol) and I'm still here! Just! haha :)
