Dice: Polish hip-hop is an oxymoron. It's like Icelandic reggae, African punk-rock, Chinese country'n'western hip hop and rap will always be crap z_darius: Rock 'n roll was invented for people who could hardly sing. Hip hop is for people who cannot sing at all. Now, arguing who is better at not being able to sing at all is kinda funny. I just agree with you.

Rap isn't traditional music. It's a word. Hip Hop isn't traditional music either. The first Hip Hop was created out of Pop and Disco Tunes. Oh, and if you're going to be racist, or narrow-minded, then why aren't you complaining about Rock Music, or Heavy Metal? I think Jimmy Hendrix invented that music..

True, true... But than again Lenon, McCartney and Co had as much to do with black culture as polish rappers have and yet nobody is making fun of their music, innit?

if I'm "racist" for saying that Polish people look ridiculous singing rap and hip hop songs, dressed in baggy pants, dancing around $200,000 cars "in the hood" (where is "the hood" by the way in Poland....Katowice?) and wearing NBA and NFL clothing with a baseball cap that says LA or NYC........sorry pal, that's not racist, it's the truth. just another blatant Polish rip off of American culture.

all this fussin and fightin if you take the time to listen to some of the quality beats made by some of the good ones you might surprise yourself.

plus let the kids wear whatever the hell they want.

now back to my original question, can anyine gimme some more good polish hiphop, i';ve got everything by OSTR, Fisz, Kaliber and Paktofonika

anything else u can recommend, please?

If you dont like hiphop then why are you wasting yer time reading this thread? it's a bit like a Liverpool fan reading a Man U thread, it's lame and a bit sad to be honest

Im not a big fan of HH but there are few songs that im able to enjoy, some of them are not typical HH tho

next few is not only polish and actually sux but i will add them anyway maybe someone will like this ^^

and next one Crow will love ^^

those russians are proo tho i dont understand what they talk bout

and next one was made as a sigh of support for orange revolution on Ukraine

few more ^^

but in general i dont like HH and for me all hh sux equally no matter if it is american canadian japanese chinese or polish

Personally I really like Polish hip hop I don't believe it's an oxymoron, I think the language gives it's self naturally to this kind of music as it's so poetic and potent. You may wish to check out; Kaliber 44 - Gruby Czarny kot and 52 Debic - Konfrontacje and Doniu - Uciekaj .....

At completely the other end of the spectrum I also like Polish reggae and clever poetic lyrics like Maria Peszek's and Grzegorz Turnau.

Early Bakszysz is also awesome. Brygada Kryzys dabbled in reggae stuff a bit, too, though they were just as much a punk band. In fact, 80s Polish new wave and punk music is phenomenal. As for Poles making hip hop, what exactly is wrong with that? Modern musical forms tend to manifest globally. Are people who are not American and black not allowed to play jazz now or something?

Oh wow thank you Internaldialog, again!! These tracks are great, I especially like: Maria Peszek, Marika, Sandra & O.S.T.R (great voice, passionate and angry - grrrr; a bit like MC Solarr).
