I am trying to gather a list of things to find in Polish cinema (with english or russian subtitles) -good movie reccomendations, and brief descriptions of some of your favorites. Also, some favorite popular artists from Poland? As well as actors, ect?

I recommend watching anything with Jerzy Stuhr.. he starred in various genres from just after communism time comedy movies to some really serious dramas..

Whatch recent movie "Rewers"... i'm only afraid that its no subbed, and if it is the foreigners might not get its sense of humor.
