That's not a popular name at all... Popular girl names are Katarzyna (shortened to Kasia), Anna (Ania), Gabriela (Gabrysia), Paulina (Paula), Klaudia, Magdalena (Magda/ Madzia), and lots of others. Boys: Kacper, Bartosz/ Bartłomiej (Bartek), Artur, Krzysztof (Krzysiu/ Krzy¶), Jakub (Kuba/ Kubu¶). There's lots of them and I don't really know which ones are most popular nowadays...

Hey while we are talking about names....is "Bohater" or "Bohatel" a Polish name? Just curious. I was playing Call of Duty 3 today, and you are a Polish tank driver named one of those 2, hard to tell sometimes.

I have to add Adam and Piotr, Pawel and foor girls: Yustina. That's what I've heard very often.

Most of the Polish girls I know are either called Magda or Agniezska

I dont know how to write the polish guys names, they are hard to pronounce let alone write! With polish guys we generally just give them english equivelant names. For example Tomek would be tom.

I used to know a girl called Julia, but in Polish a J sounds like a Y, so in english its Yulia. I always used to wind her up about it, think that's why she went back to Poland lol

These were popular girl names when I lived in Poland: Izabella (Iza), Olga, Edyta, Elzbieta, Aneta, Urszula (Ulka), Karolina, Magdalana (Magda), Krystyna (Krysia), Dorota, Ewa, Justyna...there are so many more...

Another one for boys is Michal, nickname Michalek Kind of pronounced like Mee How.
Michael is the English equivalent.

I don't think so, but there was a Polish actress with that name, so it wouldn't shock anybody
I heard it a few times (one Daria was my teacher at university and another is my relative's naighbour little daughter), so it happens.

A simple and common name for a boy could be Stanley, Stan, or in Polish I believe it's spelled Stas.

My polish name, first name and middle name would be, Karol Dawid (Karl David), but i don't know about my surname i don't think there is Polish for it :)
