We can start one now, cos clearly you have some nice stories you want to share.

My wife could share a few tales, once (well more than once) an American would call their company regularly just to hear the European girls voices but since their company policy forbids them from hanging up the phone first, he would keep them on the line never saying a word... But you could hear his breathing getting heavier! o_O

Not sure if that counts as funny or creepy but it is one of the weirder calls they've received.

Now everyone share their experiences... in english maybe :)

About customer service in Polish, right. I'd be grateful for getting a link. Cause I just love to read one page like that in Russian. I've actually already found one - joemonster.org - it's funny too, but not exactly what i mean)

Oh, that was nice , TheMan) Poor girls! I heard a story of a guy who got his traveling passport issued with the date of issue - 31 of FEBRUARY. He has been travelling with that happily six times so far and nobody at the customs paid the damned attention to that!
